I’ve spent more than 25 years at the intersection of construction, law, and finance, providing commercial and contractual leadership on some of Australia’s most complex building, infrastructure, and civil engineering projects. With degrees in Civil Engineering, Finance, and Construction Law, I bring a rare blend of technical, commercial, and contractual expertise to every engagement.

What drives me is the challenge of balancing commercial outcomes with the practical realities of construction. I thrive on managing risk before it becomes an issue, and keeping projects contractually sound, compliant, and financially strong from procurement through to close-out.

Over the years, I’ve built a reputation for being both strategic and hands-on, from shaping procurement strategies and negotiating contracts, to administering claims and variations and mentoring the next generation of commercial managers. I believe high performing teams are built on clarity, accountability, and a culture of continuous learning, and I take as much pride in developing people as I do in getting the commercial outcome right.
